How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid any cancelation fees.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you would like us to use.

Do your wash windows?

Whilst our end of lease cleaning is inclusive of window washing, if you require this to be apart of your service, there is an additional cost.

What is our vetting process of our staff?

We ensure that all of our employees have no crimminal background and at all times are security minded for your privacy. We also personally train each employee to the Dexter's standards to provide the best service for you.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $45. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

If Dexter's Cleaning cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

All of our work is guaranteed. If there are any issues within the first 24 hours, we will return at no further fee to ensure what you expect is carried out!
