End of Lease Clean

Dexter’s Cleaning specialises in end-of-lease cleaning services which plays a crucial role in helping tenants secure their security deposit by ensuring the property is left in pristine condition. These services involve a thorough and detailed cleaning of the entire rental property, including deep cleaning of all rooms, fixtures, appliances, floors and surfaces. The goal is to meet the stringent cleanliness standards required by landlords or property managers for the end-of-lease inspection.

 

Our end-of-lease services provide a comprehensive checklist to ensure that every area of the property is meticulously cleaned and sanitised. This may include tasks such as carpet steam cleaning, scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens, dusting and wiping down surfaces, and removing any stains or marks.

 

Additionally, we offer specialized services like oven cleaning, window washing, and wall cleaning to address specific needs. By delivering high-quality end-of-lease cleaning services, we help tenants leave the property in excellent condition, increasing the likelihood of receiving their full security deposit back and leaving a positive impression on landlords or property managers.

3. Removal

Please ensure all personal belongings & furnishings that will not be left have been removed prior to the clean. 

 

Dexter's Cleaning does not take responsibility for furnishings left that are in the way to clean all areas. We also do not take responsibility for items left behind. Additional charges to remove items will be applied

Please be advised that due to the peak season (Oct - March), we usually have a wait time of approximately 3 weeks.

2. Power

Please ensure your power is connected on the day to avoid any service disruptions.

If power is not connected for the scheduled clean, the service guarantee will not be in place and additional charges may apply to complete your clean.

5. Service Guarantee - 7 Days Hassle Free

We have a 7 day hassle free guarantee if there are any quality issues after the agent has done their final inspection.

6. Payment

You will be sent an invoice after the service has been carried out. Full payment is required within 24 hours of the completion of the service. Late payment fees will apply.

Cash, Eftpos (Visa & Mastercard), Electronic Bank Transfer or payment through Pinch is available.

Please inform building management of our arrival for the day, if necessary.

Once we have confirmed your booking, we can meet you onsite, arrange keys to be picked up/ dropped off to the real estate agency or collect keys onsite. 

Please be advised, Dexter's Cleaning does not take responsibility for loss of keys if they are not delivered in a safe way to us.
